How does the Founding Partner plan work?
Your first 50 captured leads are completely free — no credit card required. You also get 20 free AI credits, a separate grant from your lead credits. You get full access to the Ring Vision AI quiz, virtual try-on, and the lead dashboard so you can see real results before spending anything.
What happens after I hit 50 leads on the Founding Partner plan?
Once you reach 50 leads you'll be invited to upgrade. Your account and all your data stay intact — you simply choose a paid plan to keep new leads flowing in. We never cut off a customer mid-quiz.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What counts as a captured lead?
A lead is counted when a customer completes the quiz and their contact details plus ring specs are saved to your pipeline. Incomplete sessions (abandoned before the contact step) do not count.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing.
What CRM and webhook integrations do you support?
Tier 1 and Tier 2 plans include CRM delivery via webhook, Zapier, and direct GHL (GoHighLevel) integration. This lets you push every new lead — with full ring specs — into whichever platform your team already uses.
When do I need Tier 2?
Upgrade to Tier 2 when you need in-store kiosk mode for showroom browsing, advanced analytics beyond the standard dashboard, or fine-grained team permission controls for a larger staff.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. The standard widget embed takes under two minutes.
